In this specialized AW Academy ServiceNow program, the participants gained experience across the ServiceNow Platform. Learning to manage the most important functions and applications of ServiceNow, and to understand the business and process knowledge of the system. They acquired knowledge in integrations, business orientation, quality development as well as to define, design as well as implement. Learning how to develop a platform in a versatile and sustainable way, with the help and understanding of ServiceNow's best practice solutions. The program's goal was to prepare the students for a professional SerciveNow consultant role.
