Description of the program The purpose of this 1-day course is to give the participants a deeper understandning of Project Management and the planning approval process in the Swedish Transport Administration. After the course, the participants will: understand the Swedish Transport Administration's project model, have insight in the planning approval process, understand the difference in working methods depending on the type of planning used and also how investment projects are conducted according to the planning process.
