The purpose for the second module is for the participant to gain an insight into and understanding of what the candidate market looks like in the IT industry. The participant will establish a basic understanding of what the recruiter needs to think about in relation to candidates, customers, and the IT industry in general. The participant will gain an understanding of how IT recruitment differs compared to the business areas and what the recruiter needs to be aware of and think about, mostly from a communication perspective. After this module, the participant will be able to discuss candidates with the client and tackle more technical interviews with confidence.
