After the second module, the participant will have an understanding of what the candidate market looks like in the IT-industry. The participant will have basic understanding of what a recruiter need to think about in relation to candidates, customers and the IT-industry in general. The participant will also gain an understandning of how IT recruitment differs compared to other buisness areas and what a recruiter need to be aware of and think about, mostly from a communication perspective. After this module, the participant will be able to dicuss candidates with the client and tackle more technical interviews with confidence.
Content
- Introduction to tools in order to be comfortable in the interview sitation with candidates that have complex skills.
- Introduce and develop an extended toolbox with communicative tools to reach, attract and recruit candidates.
- Explaination and development of what the IT-industry looks like today and how that can be used in processes.
- Be comfortable in answering client's questions regarding candidates technical skills.
