In this specialized AW Academy ServiceNow program, the participants gained experience across the ServiceNow Platform. They learned to manage the most important functions and applications of ServiceNow and gained an understanding of the business and process knowledge of the system. They acquired knowledge in integrations, business orientation, quality development as well as learned to define, design as well as implement solutions. In this program the participants learned how to develop a platform in a versatile and sustainable way, with the help and understanding of ServiceNow's best practice solutions. The program's goal was to prepare the students for a professional SerciveNow consultant role.
