A person who comes in every day with energy, has a clear sense of purpose, incredibly energetic which spreads to everyone around him, and he always shares his knowledge. He welcomes new people as if it were his life's calling, and he speaks to all departments as if they were his own. He shares leads out of sheer will, not because he has to. He takes his own initiative and manages our board on the SM side to drive business forward. He wants to push himself forward all the time and asks the questions he has and is not afraid to make mistakes. On top of this he is very funny too!
