The employee of the month is a person who has recently taken on more responsibility, whether it's about coming up with ideas and input for new routines, or whether it's training people in their own or other departments. The person works focused and is not afraid to think outside the box, and there are no customers or colleagues who will get a no if they come up with a challenge - as long as there is a POSSIBLE (and reasonable) solution. In other words, the roles of theis person have developed throughout the time the person have been working here, from being involved with the salespeople on campaign reports and strategy out to the customer, to internal training at the Studio, or to facilitating and organizing a professional photoshoot for a customer at our office in Oslo .
