from the Swedish Embassy in Berlin has successfully participated in the SI Talent Attraction Academy, hosted by the Swedish Institute in Stockholm on 20 October - 21 October.

The Academy is a hands-on training and seminar for foreign missions to exchange knowledge, gain insights and develop practical skills in talent attraction. The programme focuses on strategic approaches, partnership and stakeholder management, as well as communication aspects such as digital marketing, lead generation and event design.

Through this programme, the participant has strengthened their capacity to support Sweden’s efforts to attract global expertise, foster innovation and support sustainable growth.
