Has successfully completed the Swedish Institute leadership programme Impact Pioneers '26 EUROPE - Entrepreneurship and Innovation for Resilient Futures.

The programme convened entrepreneurship enablers and innovation leaders from ten countries across Eastern Europe and the Baltics, representing organisations working towards the green transition.

Programme activities took place from June to October 2026 and included participatory weekly online sessions, coaching support, individual project work, and a one-week onsite module in Sweden from 27 September to 2 October 2026.

Through the exchange, participants have gained new knowledge and inspiration to support individual, organisational and ecosystem development. The programme has also offered participants an expanded regional network of peers and of Swedish actors and organisations.

Upon completion of the programme, participants become members of the Sweden Alumni Network, an extensive global network of leaders sharing the common aim of developing sustainable business and leadership practices across the globe.
