April 14 – 19, 2026, Wellesley, MA, USA

Each TIO program brings together a group of people with a unique diversity of experiences and background who work in companies that share the same basic business values. This makes TIO the optimal setting for learning about international business and allows the participants to increase their understanding of values, beliefs and behaviors of management cultures from the whole world.

One of the unique features of TIO is to provide the participants with an opportunity to discuss the most current strategic and operational issues of international business with prominent business leaders. Interaction with senior executives is an important part of the learning concept.

TIO gives the participants the opportunity to:
  • Enhance their capabilities to do business through people and networks in a complex global organization and prepare themselves to create and implement the further steps of a continuous process of change.
  • Broaden their understanding of business, control and leadership by listening to the participants from the other companies and experiencing that there is never one single way to do business.
