Executive Management Program FEM 1-2026

An international development program for managers at

Alleima, Atlas Copco, DeLaval, Epiroc, Saab, Sandvik, Scania, SEB, SSAB and Stora Enso

The Executive Management Program, FEM, is designed and continuously developed through collaboration between consortia companies and the Stockholm School of Economics Executive Education. The program is aimed at experienced managers, fostering leadership and management skills needed to navigate complex, global business environments. A supervisory committee from participating companies ensures program quality and guides its development.

Participant Profile: Participants are accomplished managers with a proven track record and a strong motivation for continued professional development. They represent a diverse range of industries and bring unique perspectives, enhancing the learning experience through shared insights and collaboration.

A Holistic Perspective for Successful Leadership: Successful management and leadership impose complex demands. Managers at all levels need a balanced competence profile that combines leadership, management control, and the ability to drive business forward. A good manager must understand the interrelation of these three perspectives, as their integration is the cornerstone of successful leadership.

The challenge of integrating Business, Control, and Leadership lies in how these areas interact. Corporate complexity can be addressed through both Leadership and Control perspectives, while a company’s operational vision bridges Leadership and Business Development.

This comprehensive program reflects these areas and is tailored to real-world challenges. The approach places great demands on participants’ learning process and ability to shift between perspectives. Faculty support participants with world-class expertise from academia, consultancy, and business leadership, ensuring an interactive and reflective learning experience.
