NORDIC+ is a Skanska internal strategy program for senior middle managers. It’s a transition program with a focus on developing the participants to more strategic roles in Skanska.
The purpose of the program is to work strategically “outside the Skanska box” incl. a business case with focus on learn-to-learn, cross-cultural teamwork, innovation, change management, and in-deep understand of Skanska’s different business models.
NORDIC+ consist of participants from various BU’s from the Nordics, Eastern Europe, UK and the US.

  • Presentation of Skanska Strategic business assignment:
    Worked intensively in a team for 6 months with a strategical Skanska business assignment.
    The assignment have been presented for the Nordic BUP’s and Skanska AB’s top management group.
