The objective of SFP is to prepare and develop leadership competencies relevant to succeed in a future senior managerial position.
The program has 3-5 years focus on dual-career track and cross branch and BU career perspectives

Module 2:

  • Team Knowledge assignment: presentation after 6 months team cooperation.
  • Introduction to Skanska’s Branding strategy.
  • Digital Transformation and the Future.
  • Innovation and Skanska; future products and business models.
  • Action plan for further personal growth, development, and career planning in Skanska.
