Anna is active in tech, builds tech companies and products and creates content, particularly within self-employment and freelancing. She is a true innovator and does everything herself, both from building tech companies, such as Flowby and Téamo, but she also has the biggest freelance blog in sweden and has converted several hundreds of tech talents to stand on their own two feet in the tech industry. She transcends the jobs market and opens doors to tech talents they did not even know were available to them. She has her own podcast, Techskaparna, her own Meetup, her own open, transparent and free forum on the web available to everyone. She also operates the biggest independent Swedish freelance network called "Frilansare Sverige"with more than 640 established freelancers. Anna is a force of nature who greatly impacts everyone she meets. She is a true advocate of individual tech talents and their abilities and she mentors and hires them to help them on their way in her limited hiring model, the "1 year freelance deal". She truly deserves to be recognised by this award for everything she has done and is doing for the tech industry and leading the way for girls in following her path.
